[gst-devel] Problem Installing GStreamer Plugins

Hi,

What is supposed to happen after you install gstreamer and its plugins?
Should I get more plugin options in Totem, because I don't see anything
different.  I've manually installed libdvdcss-1.2.9, but I still can't
play the DVD.  Thanks for any help.
