You may also want to add the appropriate gst_tag_register() bits to
gsttaglist.c, otherwise this tag isn't really going to work.

I think it would also be good to specify in the docs how the keywords
should be separated. I'd suggest they be comma-separated, since that
would work well in combination with gst_tag_merge_strings_with_comma().
