[gst-devel] purpose of probe-needed signal in GstPropertyProbe

hi,

I was adding some more docs to GstPropertyProbe and come accross the 
signal. I can't find it beeing used anywhere. Whats the semantics. We 
could also deprecate it if its not that useful.
