[gst-devel] gstreamer plugins are not getting installed correctly?

Hi, gstreamer-devel:

    Yeah, you should install mp3 decoder such as mad manually and gstreamer
will find out and use it if it presents.

    Or, you can install gst-ffmpeg package which provides a lot of
decoders/encoders.
