[gst-devel] installation of gstreamer on windows

Hi,
I have installed the gstreamer using OABuild.I am trying to stream h264 raw
video data, but it requires a plugin called 'x264enc' which is not there by
default. Does anyone knows encoder plugin available for H264 on windows.
