[gst-devel] Gstreamer MPEG4 encode and decode plun-in

Hi ,
     You can use ffenc_mpeg4 and ffdec_mpeg4 plugins for your purpose .  And
if you want to capture audio also then use muxer like ffenc_mp4 .
