I observed that, gst_avi_demux_massage_index() is not called initially. This
is because, the gst_avi_demux_loop() (or gst_avi_demux_sink_activate_pull())
is not invoked when avi is played on Nokia 770.

But, this is happening on the PC (x86). Please, can you let us know why this
is failing and help us.
