[gst-devel] gst_clock_id_wait_async not defined in windows binary libgstreamer-0.10.13

I don't find symbol gst_clock_id_wait_async gets built
into the library libgstreamer-0.10.13, its' .def file
doesn't define that
symbol. 


On version 0.10.15, the .def file has the symbol
defined, 


So the question is, when will you release a windows
binary libgstreamer based on 0.10.15 or can you please
release a
new library based on 0.10.13 but has the symbol
defined?
