[gst-devel] Good/Bad frozen. Plugin move window open.

Good/Bad are now frozen, and the plugin move window is open. 

Please file and requests for plugins to move from Bad to Good (or vice
versa) in bugzilla, and mark them as blockers. The window closes Friday,
and the first pre-release tarballs will be out then.
