[gst-devel] image capture on theme frame

Hi ,
         Anybody has idea about how to preview and capture an image on a
theme frame (eg.  birthday greeting frame )  , frame is a PNG file and
image has to captured from v4lsrc.
 What are rest of the plugins i have to use .
