[gst-devel] It is fail to request pad in rtpbin

Hi, Eric,

Can you give me more detail how to get session id and replace it. I
directly replaced it with 0(send_rtp_sink_0) as the command line did,
but it gives the error. Need I set session first or call some function
to get the session ID?
