[gst-devel] build gstreamer using vs7

Hi,

You can use OABuild (http://people.collabora.co.uk/~oleavr/OABuild/)
We are complete this work to several new library but on vs 2005 (vs 8), 
in fact we wrote several projects for gstreamer (plugins...) and for 
external libraries.
