[gst-devel] win32 NSIS installer script (.nsi) for windows setup

Hi,
Since there is a setup available for download (at least for the core
package) and it is using NSIS, I can safely assume that someone has created
the .nsi script and built it.

Where can I find it? I need to create an installer of a CVS version. (The
.nsi doesn't seem to be in the cvs).
