[gst-devel] Lame plugin on Gstreamer

Please check config.log in ugly folder. I guess you did not specify lame lib
path:

CPPFLAGS=-I$LAME_INCLUDE_PATH \
LDFLAGS=-L$LAME_LIB_PATH
