[gst-devel] Next release cycle Good/Bad starts Monday (6th Oct)

As the subject says, the next release cycle is for Good and Bad, and
starts Monday with the plugin window opening. Submit your plugin move
requests between the 2 modules before Thursday 9th.

The freeze starts Friday October 10th, and I'll do any pending plugin
moves and make the first pre-releases then.
