[gst-devel] Decodebin doesn't work whereas playbin works, why?

And perhaps move the queues one step back:

gst-launch rtspsrc location="rtsp://localhost/test.mp4" protocols=1 
name=d ! queue ! decodebin ! ffmpegcolorspace ! xvimagesink  d. ! queue 
! decodebin ! audioconvert ! alsasink
