[gst-devel] how to give pcr pid on separate pid

Hi,
            I encoded one file using gstreamer. After successful encode,  i
open that file using some tool. In that, i saw pat, pmt, pcrpid, vpid, apid.
Here vpid is equal to the pcr pid. But i want pcr pid on separate pid. For
this what are the changes that i have to do in
gstreamer.
