updated gst-plugins-good and gst-plugins-bad pre-release tarballs are
now available at:

Changes since the last pre-release:

 gst-plugins-good:
  v4l2src: clear format list in READY->NULL
  v4l2src: fix 'hang' with some cameras caused by bad
           timestamping if no framerate is available
  rtpbin: Fix reference leak (with unit test)
  dvdec: set bottom field first on PAL interlaced content
         not top field first

 gst-plugins-bad:
  dtmf: Use GSlice for internal event structures
  dtmfsrc: Empty event queue on finalize
  mimenc: Refuse to go playing in paused-mode without clock
  mimenc: USE GST_WRITE_*_LE macros
  asfmux: Do not mess up GstCollectData list
  vdpau: blacklist for generic states test, and demote to GST_RANK_NONE
  rtpdtmfsrc: Cleanup events on finalize
  disable ass plugin for libass >= 0.9.7 because of API changes

Again: please test thoroughly with all your favourite GStreamer
applications and report any problems, and especially regressions, in
bugzilla (no really, do test!).
