[gst-devel] Is there existing element for features like camera digital zoom?

[Zhao, Halley]

I think digital zoom just cut central part of video/image content, and another videoscale element could fit that to final display.
But when I go through gst-inspect output, I haven't found any existing element does it.

Anyone knows whether similar elements exist?
