The spectrum element has "magnitude" and "phase" properties to control
whether that information should be included in the result or not.

Regarding "stereo" - the plugin does always downmix to mono before doing
the FFT. It would be nice to add an option to receive spectral data per
channel (needs to be  made so that the data structure that is sent to
the bus is backwards compatible).
