[gst-devel] Capsfilter problem for rtp streaming

Something along these lines 

>     g_object_set(G_OBJECT(rtpsrc), "caps",gst_caps_new_simple("application/x-rtp",

>                                                         NULL), NULL);

should work and match your commandline.
