[gst-devel] implement renegotiable element

Hi, I'm thinking about creating an element that can renegotiable but all
information I get about renegotiable is come from this link:
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/pwg/html/section-nego-upstream.html

So I need to have more information like how can I active renegotiable
action. Can any one help me ?
