Download dshow from platform SDK Server R2,
Open start->program->platform sdk->open build env win
go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows Server 2003
R2\Samples\Multimedia\DirectShow\BaseClasses
type nmake

(currently not possible to compile dshowsrcwrapper, dshowvideosink,
dshowdecwrapper on MinGW, because of c++ bases classes )

use gst-plugins-bad/win32/vs8
