What version of gst-plugins-good are you using? As far as I can tell
none of our releases have this particular code in line 802.

In order to get it fixed, please file a bug in bugzilla and provide test
data so we can reproduce the problem (e.g. a single .jpeg frame, or a
few seconds worth of  gst-launch-0.10 http://.... ! multipartdemux !
gdppay ! filesink location=foo-mjpeg.gdp  output)
