Thanks for your reply.
I tried this pipeline :
gst-lanuch -v filesrc location="test.mpeg4" ! mpeg4videoparse ! rtpmp4vpay !
udpsink port=5000
But it stops after pops the following message:

Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is PREROLLING ...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
It does not pop more messages , no warnings and errors.
Could you give me some advice ?
