[gst-devel] Crossfade

I've seen rumours that there will be crossfade functionality in playbin2.
Any truth to that?

I see that there is an old bug report here where someone created some
plugins for various cool things, crossfading included.  But, I guess they
failed to port the code to new versions.

Specifically, I'm interested in crossfading and pitch control.  So, if any
work is being done on either of these, it would be great if someone could
point out where to read about it.
