[gst-devel] G726 RTP payload packetizer

Our audio guy here (who wrote the G.726 payloader) has looked 
at it and it seems correct that it does not follow RFC 3551 
correctly for 24/40 kbps. This is due to historical reasons. :(
Could you add an entry to the bugzilla database for this, and
he will take care of it?
