[gst-devel] I can't get an appsrc-using pipeline to PLAYING state

I notice that if I had "is-live=true" for appsrc, then that pipeline 
goes into PLAYING more (not stuck on PREROLL)...

But it doesn't solve my issue in ekiga, where the pipeline stays as 
PAUSED...
