[gst-devel] msgsm plugin not recognized

I figured that out eventually.  But in the meantime, I discovered that 
the gsm plugin in gst-plugins-bad handles the msgsm as well as gsm, so I 
built that instead without a hitch.  Just out of curiosity, how does one 
go about changing the rank?
