[gst-devel] Core/Base/Bad/Python released. Next step - moving to GIT.

Thanks Jan for the releases !

  So for the missing info:
  * I'll be grabbing an fdo admin to de-activate cvs (leaving only
anoncvs). No shortage of them here at LCA.
  * Since this switch information has already been circulating for a few
weeks now, I propose to do that at 23:59 CET tonight (20th Jan). For
people in Europe it won't matter that way, but I'm currently in
Australia so leaves me a full day to make sure the migration goes
flawlessly before Europe wakes up again.

  The rest is pretty straighforward, and the conversion/upload/activate
should take (with checks) around 4 hours.

  I don't think there's much more to say,
