[gst-devel] any VoD tv company provide API for developer for their own apps?

in UK, we have BBC iPlayer, Channel 4 4oD , SkyTV on demand etc. i m
wondering if any TV company provides API or interface that give access to
their TV contains and so developer  can write their own TV viewer program?
