oh there is ffdemux_dv to demux systemstream=true.

So you can try:

gst-launch-0.10.exe dshowvideosrc ! "video/x-dv, systemstream=true,
width=640, height=480, framerate=10" ! ffdemux_dv ! ffmpegcolorspace !
directdrawsink
