I actually wrote one, but that it really does not work reliably.

The main reason is tha the speex AEC only works if the media thats
played back and the media that recorded come from the exact same sample
clock (ie from the same sound card). So it won't work if you have USB
speakers, or the the mic on a webcam or any other stuff like that...
