Don't think it's a known issue. See
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/bugs/ for where to file bugs. It would
be great if you could attach a debug log created like this:

 $ GST_DEBUG=cddabasesrc:5,*cdio*:5,*cdparanoia*:5 sound-juicer
2>dbg.log

(logging the extraction of the last track).
