[gst-devel] controlling bandwidth throught pipeline

Hi, everybody!

I'm streaming video from an IP camera using gst-launch. I wondered if there
was any way (a parameter to change, for exemple) to control the part of
bandwidth that is used by this video stream. Except concerning the caps and
the bitrate, I don't know what I can do.
