Shouldn't this:
  $ repo -u git://github.com/prajnashi/android-gst-manifest.git

Be:
  $ repo init -u git://github.com/prajnashi/android-gst-manifest.git

How about rebasing your patches on top of gst-openmax 0.10.0.5?
