[gst-devel] gst-plugins-good (no jpegdec element)

Hello,
I just installed gst-plugins-good and I don't see the jpegdec element.
Am I supposed to to an additional step to activate specific elements after
gst-plugins-good is installed?
Is there an unpacking and loading sequence that I am missing?
