Something like: "gst-launch filesrc location=/path/to/mpegfile !
optional_demuxer ! mpegvideoparse ! vdpaumpegdec !
vdpauvideopostprocess ! vdpausink"

should work. Where optional_demuxer is replaced by a suitable demuxer.
