[gst-devel] ffenc_h263 : I-frame after certain frames..?

Hi ,

I am using ffenc_h263 for video call, It works fine when both sender and
receiver are on same LAN.
But if they are different network, then quality is bad. Looks like some
packets are getting dropped.

Is it possible to configure h263_enc to send I-frame periodically or after
certain number of frames ?
