[gst-devel] gst-plugins-bad and gst-plugins-ugly are still frozen

Hi guys,

Please note that the 2 modules released yesterday (gst-plugins-bad and
gst-plugins-ugly) are still frozen for commits. As always, the sign that
the modules are unfrozen is when the 'back to development' commit is
pushed to each module setting the version number back to a version with
NANO = 1.

In this case, they're still frozen with just a few select commits being
applied to -bad in order to make a brown-paper-bag release tomorrow to
fix a nasty deadlock regression in DVD playback.
