[gst-devel] help: gstreamer : gst_element_seek_simple ()- returns FALSE always.

I am using gst_element_seek_simple() function in my video player
application. This function returns FALSE always. But seeking works well if
the pipeline is in PLAYING state. If pipeline is in PAUSED state, seeking
is not working.
Can anyone help me? I am using gstreamer-core version: 0.10.20.
