[gst-devel] What element has replaced urlsrc?

While googling, I've ran into some gst-launch pipelines that use urlsrc to stream mjpeg from a "netcam".  Urlsrc is not in the current "overview of available plug-ins".  What has replaced its functionality?

This netcam is about as simple as it gets http://x.y.z.n/video.jpg gets a single image from it http://x.y.z.n/video.cgi gets a mjpeg stream.
