[gst-devel] payload size in h263

Hi,
When using the H263 codec,it is generating payload sizes which are very high than the MTU
I-Frame is having a size of around 10,000 bytes
can any one tell me how can i frament a frame of that much size generated by gstreamer
i want the gstreamer to generate packets with some what less size
