[gst-devel] More pre-releases! -good 0.10.24.3, -ugly 0.10.15.3, -bad 0.10.19.3, -gl 0.10.1.3

Below updated pre-releases for gst-plugins-good, -ugly, -bad and gst-plugins-gl.

Please test them thoroughly and file blocker bugs for all regressions or
other major issues you find at http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/bugs/

Changes since last pre-release:

  good:
    - qtdemux atom parsing fix

  ugly:
    - x264enc wouldn't work with older
      libx264 versions (X264_BUILD < 78)

  bad:
    - blacklist gsettings* elements for
      generic/states test, since schema
      files may not be installed yet
      when test is run.

  gl:
    - fix libtool versioning (hopefully)

Ubuntu should be able to find these pre-releases as updates in the
GStreamer PPA within the next day or two.
