[gst-devel] amrnb IF1/IF2 support

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the proper channel to ask this... 
Can I use 'amrnbdec' element to decode   3GPP TS 26.104 V 7.0.0 IF2 samples?
I've never read/have this 3GPP blah blah blah but I have an encoder 
(http://www.penguin.cz/~utx/amr) which claims to create IF2 samples according to 
this standard...after encoding amr-IF2, with the mentioned encoder, and decode 
them with amrnbdec I can only hear noise
AMR samples created without IF2 format play fine with amrnbdec.....

How can I test IF1/IF2 samples with amrnbdec?
