I'm not sure what you mean here:

disturbance in playback. "

Are you using a different live audio source as input to the sender or did
you replace the filesink with something like alsasink or pulsesink?  If you
are using alsasink or pulsesink you may need to set their sync propeerties
to FALSE.

And by "little disturbance" do you mean there is noise in the playback? 
There may be a problem with the sync properties of the sink (alsa- or file-)
as noted above  or your receiver caps could be mismatched to your sender.
