[gst-devel] Constant rate mpeg-ts muxing

Hello people,
I'm new in the email list.
I'm trying to mux H.264 + AAC into a Mpeg-ts, and I got success using 
mpegtsmux and also flutsmux (the created TSs differ a little, but I think they 
are fine), but I could not find a way to create a constant rate TS. 
Is there a way to do this using any of the ts muxers available for gstreamer?
If not, what ts muxer should I start playing with (mpegtsmux or flutsmux)?
