[gst-devel] Second pre-releases! Core/Base 0.10.26.3, Good 0.18.3, Ugly 0.10.13.3, Bad 0.10.17.3, gst-ffmpeg 0.10.9.3

Hi,

please find below new and improved pre-releases for core,
gst-plugins-base, -good, -ugly, -bad and gst-ffmpeg.

Please test them thoroughly and file blocker bugs for all regressions
or other major issues you find at http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/bugs/

Changes since last pre-release:

core:
 - fix compilation of fdsrc and fdsink with MSVC
 - fix GstController interpolation source assertion failure

gst-plugins-base:
 - playbin2: doesn't play if text flag is unset and media has text
subtitles
 - fix copy'n'paste error in gir rules in gst/video/Makefile.am
 - videorate: fix upstream negotiation
 - oggdemux: fix seeking granularity issue
 - dist header for Qt overlay example

gst-plugins-good:
 - pulsesink: return last mute state rather than FALSE if not running
 - jpegdec: fix invalid memory access in parser
 - rtpdvdepay: don't output frames before we have a header (fixes crash)
 - rtmp4gdepay: avoid division by 0 in unlikely case where two
consecutive
   timestamps are the same
 - rtpjitterbuffer: don't crash with SIGFPE in gst-inspect
 - cross compilation fixes
 - videomixer: make sure there's always a FLUSH_STOP after a
FLUSH_START,
   even in unusual corner case (as encountered with gnonlin/pitivi)

gst-plugins-ugly:
 - asfdemux: make sure we never end up with negative timestamps

gst-plugins-bad:
 - faad: link with libgstbase-0.10 for GstAdapter, and other Makefile.am
fixes
 - qtmux: fix crash when shutting down right after start up
 - qtmux: write all udta child atoms
 - cross compilation fixes
 - assrender: fix concurrency issues

gst-ffmpeg:
 - ffdec: do not store timestamp for buffer that will be skipped; fixes
   wrong output timestamps when a non-keyframe follows a flush
