[gst-devel] core, -base and -good modules open for commits again

Hi,

GStreamer core, gst-plugins-base and gst-plugins-good git modules are
open for commits again (and gst-ffmpeg/python once you see a 'back to
development' commit there).

Please keep in mind that gst-plugins-ugly, gst-plugins-bad and
gst-plugins-good (again) are going to be released next and will need to
depend on core/base 0.10.30, so please don't make them depend on git
until they've been released.
