[gst-devel] Duplicates frames in h264 stream

Plz provide the logs as follows:

gst-launch --gst-debug=GST_CAPS:5,GST_ELEMENT_*:1 <rest of pipeline>

Also provide the logs where the fps is changing from 30 to 60.
